About Me!

Hi, my name is Jamie!

I live in Minnesota with my husband, two boys, dog, and 3 cats. I love to be active with my family, taking advantage of everything Minnesota seasons have to offer! I’m passionate about living healthy and helping others to do the same. I love traveling, especially camping road trips with my boys!

I graduated from Crown College with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education. I’ve been blessed to homeschool my kids, which is the hardest, most meaningful thing I’ve ever done. I like to say, if it’s hard, it’s worth it! I have also been running gymnastics programs and coaching for over 21 years!
